She is a licensed minister, conference speaker, recording artist, an anointed singer and preacher flowing in the prophetic in song and in the altars. She writes an inspirational column for one of her hometown newspapers. She, along with her husband, Terry, are active members of the North Cleveland Church of God (the Headquarters Church) in Cleveland, Tennessee where she is on staff, as well as serving as a deaconess in the church. She also serves on the Evangelism Board and is co-director of the NCCOG Healing Clinic where healing services are conducted weekly. She is currently serving on the Family Violence Program Advisory Board which is an emergency safe house shelter for women and children.
She had a tremendous miracle in her life. For 9 months she would collapse (sometimes for hours at a time) under the weight of the Glory of God as He would breathe on her in unusual places such as malls, restaurants, church, etc. The presence of God became so strong upon her, they had to hold her up just to be able to minister at times. As the glory of the Lord came upon her, she was delivered from panic attacks, fear of death, major clinical depression, and the hurt of childhood sexual abuse. She has been delivered from taking 250 anti-anxiety pills a month, and had a near 100 pound weight loss as a result of the weight of the glory of God coming upon her. She has had several magazine articles published about her miraculous deliverance and healing by Pathway Press as well as Partners In Revival (Pastor John Kilpatrick -- Brownsville Assembly of God). The 700 Club is scheduled to do a story about her miracle and subsequent ministry.
She has released the companion worship CD also entitled "Breath of Heaven." It has been quoted saying, "It is a soft, intimate, spiritually intoxicating CD." And as one person said, "There should be a WARNING! label on your worship CD. I became so overcome by the presence of God while driving and listening to it, I had to pull the car over!" Her new "Healing and Deliverance Scripture" CD has had many miraculous testimonies come from it as well. Divine visitations have been spoken of while listening to both.
The heartbeat of Ginger Smith Ministries is for healing and deliverance and centers on preaching the dynamic and inspiring message to the body of Christ - Jesus still saves, heals, and sets the captive free! She ministers through word and song and demonstrates true heartfelt worship creating an atmosphere for the Glory of the Lord. Multitudes have been set free and healed in the altar services as the Glory of the Lord moves in. Some have even seen angels in her meetings. She now speaks to women, men, and youth in churches, seminars, and conferences all across the country. She has appeared several times on The Trinity Broadcasting Network, The Daystar Television Network, and The Christian Television Network as well as other television and radio programs. She has sung in the worship team at a conference with Benny Hinn at Steve Brock's Hope and Life Fellowship Church in Atlanta, Ga. At her home church, she has had the tremendous privilege to sing with such names as Judy Jacobs, Karen Wheaton, Alvin Slaughter, Vestal and Howard Goodman, as well as Dino Kartzinokas at Lee University. She has been radically apprehended by the manifest presence of God and is still in passionate pursuit of Him.
